Booking cancellation	Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the check-in date. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, a penalty equal to the prepayment amount will be charged.

Room reservations can be made through the hotel's official website, by phone, or via email. To confirm the reservation, a prepayment of 30% of the total accommodation cost is required.

The remaining amount is payable upon check-in by cash or credit card.

Date changes are possible subject to room availability.

In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before check-in or in case of a no-show, the prepayment is non-refundable.

All requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing to the hotel's email address.
